The Role
We are seeking a Marketing and Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves driving marketing initiatives, identifying commercial opportunities, and ensuring sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in busy, fast-paced environments, preferably in the Gulf region, and a strong ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns while building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance BPL’s service reach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Strengthen and maintain client and partner relationships.
- Conducted market research and adapted strategies to industry trends.
- Oversee marketing budgets and track ROI.
- Report performance metrics and results to senior management.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or Graduate (preferred).
- Proven experience in busy, fast-paced work environments.
- Previous work experience in any Gulf country is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and collaborative working abilities.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and CRM platforms.
